We want you to love your baseboard and wall mount vent covers, we will issue refunds for customers who aren't completely satisfied, but we require that you ship the product back to us before we will process the refund:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and require a return authorization number (RMA) so we can process your return quickly.

Items must be returned and received in NEW condition (no indication of use, damage etc.)

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Unauthorized Returns will not be subject to a refund or credit. Customer has the sole responsibility to arrange shipment of the vent cover back to SMI.  Customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any returns.
