Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

You can receive a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date.

If you would like to initiate a return, please reach out to us through our contact page for return authorization approval and detailed instructions on how to return your product.

Sales

All items discounted at 20% off or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit. 

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges. Please mail back your return and place a new order.

Return Conditions

Products must not be in used or damaged condition.

Unauthorized or damaged returns will not be subject to a refund or credit.

How to Mail Back a Return

Please note customers have the sole responsibility to arrange shipment of the vent cover back to SMI Ventilation Products. The customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any returns. 

Please package your vent(s) in the original or new shipping box and bring it to the post office of your choice.

You are responsible for sourcing your own return shipping label from the post office – please contact us for our United States or Canada return address.

Once we receive the returned item(s) in its original condition, we will process a full refund back onto your original method of payment within 1-2 business days. Please note, once the refund has been issued, it can take 2-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
